Diagnosing the Gaps in Realtor Workflow Efficiency
I waste more time clicking between apps than closing deals.
Behavioral data from 200,000+ historical actions revealed a steep drop-off in dashboard usage: realtors were abandoning the desktop-heavy interface for manual tools. Interviews with active agents confirmed the root cause—realtors live on the road. They needed a mobile “Command Center” for rapid decision-making, not a passive data repository. The existing friction made it impossible to respond to leads in real-time, directly costing us deals.
